Yesterday a friend reached out to me.

A fellow autism parent.

Not asking for herself.

She was asking about another mom — raising a son with autism who is also battling cancer — who was trying to come up with the final $500 she needed for a used car so she could get him to and from treatments at MUSC.

That one hit close. I’m an autism dad to my Rōman, and a cancer dad warrior to my Christian. So hearing about a parent walking that road with their child… that’s not abstract to me.

There wasn’t really anything to think about.

So through Rōman’s World Foundation, we covered the remaining $500.

But here’s what matters most to me.
That isn’t “my” donation.
It is the community’s love in motion.

Every dollar Rōman’s World Foundation gives exists because people believed in the mission and chose to support it. And that love helped close the final gap for a mother trying to get her son to treatment.

If you’ve ever supported Rōman’s World Foundation before… you helped make this happen.

And this is only the beginning.
