Operation Restore Hope Uganda

Operation Restore Hope Uganda Restoring Hope, Changing Lives, and Transforming Communities During the summer of 2023, the Azania Children's Choir from Uganda visited Charleston.

We were able to host them for two weeks during their six-month stay in the US. Their hearts of humility and gratefulness was a breath of fresh air. As we spent more time with them, we learned of the various circumstances they faced back home. Many of them were orphaned, but other families took them in as their own. Their stories of children being left by their parents to roam the streets alone bec

ause parents were not able to care for them. Parents leave their children hoping they will have a better chance of survival without them. They talked about the lack of resources such as education, food, clothing, and the knowledge to disciple others was really unsettling. In Uganda, children must pay to attend school. They also voiced their concerns that they never see African Americans come to their country as missionaries. They asked why, and we had no answer. They asked if we could come and share the gospel in Uganda. We asked ourselves why can't we go? Our hearts were pricked with compassion and an urgency to be a catalyst in the movement to change lives and communities through the gospel. We were compelled to answer the Macedonian call (Acts 16:9). That's when we decided to create Operation Restore Hope Uganda. We will make our first trip to Uganda December 5, 2023.

ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT NOW!! Tomorrow is my main squeeze birthday. He will be the BIG 50!!! Yes, half a century..lol. However, I am blessed and proud to have him in my life these 22 years. Anyway, for his 50th birthday he only wants to raise funds for Hope Hub International the organization he started for Uganda. He will be traveling again there this year. The funds will help with travel expenses, needs for the orphanage, and helping the families become self-sufficient.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME RAISE FUNDS FOR THIS MISSION! It will be great if you could donate $50 to represent his 50th birthday. I would definitely love for all my friends to donate a minimum of $5 to this mission. Thanks!!! I love you guys!!!

"Join Us in Restoring Hope and Changing Lives"

As I write to you today, I carry with me the stories of countless young souls in Uganda yearning for a ray of hope. Their aspirations for education, healthcare, and a promising future remain unfulfilled amidst challenging circumstances.

Nestled in the heart of this breathtaking nation, Operation Restore Hope beats as a symphony of compassion and change. With Pastor David Johnson from Centerpoint Church at Remount leading the charge, our mission unites with local missionaries and pastors in Eastern Uganda, dedicated to rewriting these stories of struggle.

Envision the radiant smile of a child stepping into a classroom, empowered by your generosity, breaking free from limitations. Picture the relief on a parent's face as they witness their child receive essential healthcare, securing a healthier future.

Yet, our mission spans beyond individuals—it resonates in the harmony of restored families, in the pride of parents equipped with entrepreneurial skills, securing brighter tomorrows for their children.

But this transformation hinges on your support.

Your contribution serves as the beacon these communities seek. It's the lifeline that ensures aspirations turn into reality. Each donation, each act of kindness fuels our mission, lighting the way for sustainable change.

Join us in this journey of compassion and empowerment. Your support, regardless of its size, becomes a catalyst for hope, a promise for a better tomorrow.

Together, let's weave a tapestry of change, igniting hope and illuminating paths for Uganda's youth and families.

Donate today and be the difference these lives urgently need.
