in English:
Fragile and strong,
like a little paper boat ...
sailing in search of something better,
because we all have something good to give
because art is life and life is art
because Arts matter

Community doesn't mean we all think alike.
It means that, even though we think differently, we cooperate for the common good.

A smile is the only luxury whose value grows the more you give it away. Its impact? For the one who gives it, it becomes peace. For the one who receives it, it becomes home.
That smile you offer today, no matter how small, might just be the nudge someone needed to keep going.
Keep giving it without measure, the world needs it.

If everyone sweeps only their own doorstep,
the street in between will always be dirty.
Imagine the community is that street in between.
True unity lies not in celebrating,
but in working for the common good

We are not the photo where we look good, or where we show off our achievements. We are not featured stories on a social media feed.

Who we truly are
is what we do when no one is watching, when there are no witnesses.

What we build without needing to show it.

The first week of school is an adjustment period that requires special attention:
Instill confidence in your children: Talk to them positively about school, friends, and new challenges.
Stay in touch with the school:
Establish an open line of communication with teachers to stay informed about your children's progress and needs.
Be patient: Remember that every child needs their own time to readjust to the school routine, and the school itself must also make adjustments, from bus routes to accommodating the needs of new students.

English:
The price of division
The issue isn't disagreement, it's the rise of silent competitions, the creation of unnecessary factions where a shared table could exist, projects that get duplicated, and initiatives that get overshadowed by the need for recognition. And what hurts most: those watching from outside don't see a united community, they see fragmentation. And that weakens the collective voice.
The energy that should go into weaving the common fabric is wasted on wearing each other down, trying to prove who is "better" or "more valid." The result is always the same: the community grows poorer, not economically, but in trust. Collaborative ties break, resentments and rumors take root, and the space turns hostile. In the end, everyone wins small personal battles but loses the war for collective well-being.
In a small, minority community, tensions cut deeper because the space of belonging is already fragile. The question isn't who leads or who's right, it's what kind of community we want to inhabit, and how we hold together what makes us strong. Because when competition kills cooperation, the only trophy is a space that no longer gathers. Competing among ourselves for a place at the center doesn't expand the circle, it shrinks it.
This isn't about pointing fingers. It's about recognizing that when pride outweighs purpose, the price is always paid by the same ones: those we claim to fight for.
Real change doesn't come from a leader or a faction. It comes from those who never stop doing, even when no one is watching. Because a united community isn't inherited or disputed, it's built, every day, in the choices we make.

A powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake has struck Colombia. Strong, prolonged tremors were felt across multiple cities, including the capital city of Bogotá, and have impacted neighboring countries. Our thoughts are with them.
