REGISTRATION

Registration is free but you must register to attend. Please send text to 803-347-7348 with the following information: Name, Number in party, Number and age(s) of children below 10 years. The deadline for registration is October 10, 2025.

COST OF ATTENDANCE

The event is free for all registered attendees.

PICNIC LUNCH

The picnic lunch will be catered and its cost is being defrayed by generous sponsors who choose to remain anonymous. May the Almighty bless them for their good deeds.

YOUR INVOLVEMENT

Please bring a 2-liter soft drink bottle of your choice(The sponsor will provide water). You may also bring an appetiser or dessert that you want to share with our extended family.

Costs of Attendance
Catered Buffet: No charge- We have a generous sponsor!
Rental of Venue/Incidentals: $7 per individual/$14 per family(Guests will be considered as individuals).
Students: $5 per individual/$10 per family(Guests will be considered as individuals).
Registration Confirmation: Required by April 12, 2025 via Zelle(803-347-7348) . In "Reason", note your name, the number of people in your party, and the number of people over 10 years old.
Dress Code: Your festive best!
