CHSLA membership qualifications:
1) Must be a class "C" Charter in good standing with the ORS & PSC
2) Must operate exclusively as a limousine / chauffeured car company
3) Must not co brand or cross brand with other types of transportation
4) Must have a Certificate of Public Convenience on file with the City of Charleston
5) All Chauffeurs must have a City of Charleston Chauffeur License
6) All

Vehicles must have current year City of Charleston Limousine Sticker on rear of vehicle
