My face definitely says it all! Today was a 1 and 1 day:
1 mile run. 1 mile walk.

The win? I dropped my mile to sub-10. Operation sub-8 mile is officially in full swing! Hip’s feeling good, so we’re moving in the right direction.

If you haven’t registered for our 5K yet, what are you waiting for?! This weekend we’ll be at the DA Walk/Run for Diabetes passing out shirts and tumblers to everyone who signs up. Come see us at the table and get registered!

Guess what?! We’re just about 2 months away from our 5th Annual 5K & Kid Fun Run 🎉

We’re so excited to host this event for another amazing year, and this time, I’m lacing up too! 👟

Today, I kicked off my training with a 1-mile run, and I’ll be building up my mileage week by week. 🏃‍♀️ Follow along with my journey as I get back to running a full 5K!

We're celebrating 5 years of fun, fitness, and community impact! This year, our goal is to register 500 participants, and the 500th registrant will receive FREE Chick-fil-A for a year courtesy of Chick-fil-A Dorchester & Ladson Road!

Over the past four years, this event has helped us provide scholarships, purchase training equipment, and support local high school programs. This year, we’re proud to announce that Stratford High School Track & Field will receive a donation from the proceeds.
