🚨Welcome Steve Vice President of Positive Vibes!🚨

We are proud to officially welcome Steve as the Vice President of Positive Vibes Ronjanae Smith Inc. and the Positive Vibes Pathway Program! 💪🏿💙

Raised in the Kansas City area, Steve enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at just 17 years old, serving around the world before retiring in 2009. After retirement, Steve and his wife, Amanda, made North Charleston home, where they raised their daughters, Sydney and Shelby. Steve isn’t new to Positive Vibes he has been standing with us and helping us serve the community for the past 5 years. He has seen the work, understands the mission, and knows this is bigger than a title. Steve brings leadership, discipline, structure, accountability, and a heart for serving people. In his new role, he will help us strengthen our programs and projects, build partnerships, and create more opportunities for our youth and families. He will also play a major role in our reentry work, helping individuals coming home get connected to jobs, resources, mentorship, life skills, and the support they need to get back on their feet and stay on the right path. We believe in second chances, but we also believe people need real opportunities to make those second chances work. Steve knows what it means to serve, lead, and stand beside people and that’s exactly what we need as Positive Vibes continues to grow. He will also help us build stronger systems behind the scenes so Positive Vibes can continue growing and reaching more youth and families.

🚨 BIG MOVE FOR POSITIVE VIBES! 🚨

I’m proud to officially welcome Stacey L. Murray as the NEW PRESIDENT of Positive Vibes Ronjanae Smith Inc. & Positive Vibes Pathway Program! 💪🏿🔥

I truly believe Stacey is the RIGHT person for this job and the direction we’re headed. She brings a strong background in education, state government, nonprofit leadership, human resources, workforce development, business development, and community engagement.
Stacey has served as a Chief Human Resources Officer, helping lead an organization of more than 11,000 employees with a $400 million operating and capital budget. She also holds multiple degrees in business and education and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organization Development. 🎓 But beyond the résumé, what matters to me is that she believes in the mission. She has a passion for mentoring, developing leaders, creating career opportunities, and helping young people build a better future. We built Positive Vibes through pain, purpose, sacrifice, and REAL boots-on-the-ground work. Now it’s time to add more structure, build stronger partnerships, bring in more resources, and take this mission to another level! 💯
