Grief is hard and has no expiration date.Born out of my own grief is My Brother's Circle.A group that aims to create a safe place for men to speak freely,be free from judgment.Shared life experience sometimes can be comforting,as we do feel like we are alone at times.We don't have all the answers,but offering the space for men,is a start.Mental health matters and it's time we address it head on.So,men,if you or someone you know needs a community to embrace you and listen to you, here it is.Reach out,we are here for you.We have a place that we will be meeting at which will be private.All that is shared in any of our meetings with be 100% confidential.My Brother's Circle is live
