October 21, 1751: Charleston's Baptist churches came together as one association — believing they could do together what none could do alone. 275 years later, that's still the whole idea.

In 1751, a handful of churches joined hands in Charleston and formed one of the oldest Baptist associations in America. This October, 72 churches gather to tell the story — and to begin the next chapter together.
