Our last workshop, “Unashamed,” is coming up on October 10th! 🤍

What we believe about ourselves matters.

Our thoughts shape the way we see ourselves, the way we speak to ourselves, and the way we move through life. When our inner dialogue is filled with criticism, shame, and lies, it can affect us in ways we don’t always realize.

But what happens when we begin to see ourselves through the truth of who God says we are?

You are chosen.
You are loved.
You are worthy.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made.
You are a child of God.

Embracing your identity in Christ means letting go of the shame and false narratives that have defined you and learning to walk boldly in who God created you to be.

Where we place our focus matters.

God moved powerfully in our “Fear Not” workshop this past Saturday! And we have just one more for the 2026 Saturday Series Workshops - Unashamed on October 10th.

One of the powerful reminders we shared was from Isaiah 26:3:
“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you.”

Perfect peace. Peace upon peace.

When our minds are fixed on God, we aren’t consumed by everything happening around us. We’re choosing to trust Him, surrender to Him, and rest in His presence.

You can spend so long in bo***ge to fear, shame, rejection, hurt, or old mindsets that captivity becomes familiar. You learn how to survive in the prison, even when the door is already open.

But Jesus didn’t set you free so you could keep living like a prisoner.

“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” — John 8:36

Freedom is a journey of renewing your mind, healing your heart, and learning to believe what God says about you.

The chains may be broken, but you still have to learn how to walk in freedom.

At Lost and Found Ministries, Bootcamp is more than a program, it's a place where women learn to process pain, renew their minds, and discover lasting freedom through Christ.
