JNESO JNESO is a professional health care union serving health care workers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Located in North Brunswick, New Jersey, the union represents 5,000 hospital and clinic workers, including nurses, LPNs, pharmacists and most licensed technical employees. JNESO began in 1958 as the Jersey Nurses Economic Security Organization, a euphemism for the Union Division of the State Nurses Association. In 1985, The JNESO membership voted to leave the State Association as an independent uni
