All wreaths have been picked up from Fox Hill Cemetery. There will be no need for volunteers to help clean up this year.

Thank you to the residences of the Town of Billerica for helping ensure another successful Wreaths Across America Event! We look forward to next year!

We look forward to seeing everyone to lay the wreaths tomorrow at 11:30 AM @ Fox Hill Cemetery.

There will be no ceremony at the cemetery this year and we are looking forward to honoring our veterans with these wreaths again this year.

📅 Thank You, Billerica!

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who came out on Monday to welcome the Wreaths Across America convoy as it arrived in Massachusetts. The turnout from our community was truly incredible and showed the power of unity in honoring our veterans.

Your presence and support made the event even more special, and we’re so proud to be part of a community that stands together to Remember, Honor, and Teach.

We hope to see you again this Saturday, December 14th, at 11:30 AM, at Fox Hill Cemetery for the wreath-laying event as we continue this meaningful tradition.

While the large ceremony took place earlier this week, this weekend is dedicated to placing wreaths on veterans' headstones, saying their names aloud, and honoring their sacrifice.

Convoy is slated to come through Billerica on 12.09.2024 at Apx 2PM. We will be releasing a Twitter Account to follow for real time updates the day of the event.

Here is the route the convoy will be following as it comes through the Town.

More details will be shared as timelines are firmed up. We welcome everyone in the community to line the streets with flags, signs and banners to receive this convoy.

📣 Exciting Announcement! 🇺🇸🌲

We are honored to announce a new and special event for Wreaths Across America this year! The Town of Billerica will serve as an official stop for the Wreaths Across America es**rt to Arlington, VA, on Monday, December 9th, 2024.

We invite the Billerica Community to join us to watch as the es**rt, one of the longest veterans’ parades in the United States, travels down the East Coast from Maine to Arlington National Cemetery for National Wreaths Across America Day on Saturday, December 14th, 2024.

The procession will pass through Boston Road and Billerica’s Town Center, culminating in a remembrance ceremony at W. L. French Excavating Corporation Headquarters. This event is a profound opportunity for our town to pay tribute to fallen veterans and Gold Star families.

🚛 The Journey of the Wreaths
This inspiring tradition offers communities along the route an emotional and educational experience as the WAA es**rt travels through. Join us on Monday, December 9th, around 1:30 PM (exact time TBD) to witness the parade of tractor trailers hauling over 250,000 veteran’s wreaths, along with buses and vehicles carrying Gold Star and Blue Star families. Local dignitaries, first responders, veterans, and community members will join in welcoming the convoy. Hosted by the Wreaths Across Billerica Committee and W. L. French Excavating Corporation, the ceremony will feature American Gold Star Mothers, American Legion, VFW, and many other honored guests and speakers.

📅 December 14: Annual Wreath-Laying Ceremony at Fox Hill Cemetery On December 14, 2024, we will also be holding the 7th Annual Wreaths Across America wreath-laying ceremony at Fox Hill Cemetery in Billerica. Starting at 11:30 AM, the ceremony will be followed by the wreath-laying at 12:00 PM. This event supports Wreaths Across America’s mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach as we place wreaths on veterans' graves to honor their service. We welcome the community to join this meaningful tribute.
