The Family Support Center is a free, grant-funded program by CarePlus NJ that provides support and education, for up to one year, to families whose loved ones struggle with substance use disorders (addiction).

This service is available to residents of these 7 northern counties only: Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Morris, Passaic, Warren and Sussex.

This 45-minute documentary features ten brave youth sharing their personal stories of living in crisis and opening up about what they wish their families would have known.

The film will be followed by a guided discussion led by a mental health professional.
