PCTA White Pass Chapter

PCTA White Pass Chapter PCTA White Pass Chapter volunteers maintain the Pacific Crest Trail from Chinook Pass to Midway Meadows in Southern Washington.

The mission of the Pacific Crest Trail Association is to protect, preserve and promote the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail as a world-class experience. The White Pass Chapter tends to 70 miles of trail in the William O. Douglas and Goat Rocks Wildernesses, which includes White Pass. The Stewards of this area also tend the needs of several feeder trails that access the PCT. Beyond scouting, man

After teaching three First-Aid/CPR classes at North Bend, I feel like the 2024 season has officially begun.
Thanks to the N 350 Blades and the Snoqualmie Ranger district for scheduling and hosting the training.
I am looking forward to another fun and productive season where we don't have to put any of our First Aid skills to use. ;-)

Not sure if anyone else is dividing their attention between all the posts about the 2014 class getting their permits, and watching the weather forecasts wondering when the snow will melt and allow us to start trail work.
I know the North 350 Blades have already scheduled some projects as well as some training (First Aid/CPR, axe sharpening, etc).
