Here are some guidelines to please follow:
*Clothing MUST be appropriate for family viewing, swim suits are allowed, but must be approved by parade staff prior to parade route entry.
*There is a "plan" to how the parade is done, not necessarily in the order you arrive; Please if you have another parade obligation or have an advance request for parade placement, let on of the leaders know and we will try to work with you.
*Please allow 2-4 feet between each entry in lineup, as our space is limited. However, when entering the parade route, please allow enough space (15-20 ft) between you and the float ahead of you so the judges can determine the start of the new group.
*Please keep the noise/music reasonable. If you are playing music, please make sure it is family oriented.
*Throwing candy: Just please be careful. Do not chuck it at the crowd. Please throw to the ground in front of the crowd.
*Follow Traffic laws: This applied to to vehicles, equipment, and ATVs. No excessive "hot-wheeling". or stunts that could endanger any participants or viewers.
*Water on floats: No water ballons or buckets of water are allowed to be thrown. You can use water guns or other water spraying items that are a direct spray. This is to help not spraying random onlookers who may not want to get wet. Please follow this rule, as not respecting this could cause future parades to restrict water completely.
Please be on the look out for upcoming information and a map of the parade route!!!
REMEMBER...I want to see some creative floats this year!!!!
