This morning, a small crew of volunteers gathered with purpose—chainsaws humming, gloves on, and hearts wide open. Together, they cut, split, stacked, and delivered a couple loads of firewood to local veterans and widows who rely on this warmth as fall settles in.

There’s something sacred in the simplicity:
Showing up. Lending hands. Honoring service and loss with quiet action.

To those who gave their time today—thank you for your grit and grace.

Today, a crew of quiet heroes showed up with gloves, grit, and grace—delivering firewood to local veterans who’ve weathered more than just winter. While some loaded and hauled, others stayed behind to cut donated logs and move them into storage, ensuring warmth for the months ahead.

This isn’t just about wood. It’s about showing up. About honoring service with service. About reminding our veterans that their community sees them, values them, and walks beside them.
