Welcome to Vast! We are a reentry organization dedicated to equipping formerly incarcerated individuals with the tools, skills, and confidence necessary to successfully reenter the workforce and rebuild their lives. Our mission is rooted in the belief that meaningful employment and practical life skills are the foundation for long-term stability, dignity, and self-determination.
Through a comprehensive approach to workforce readiness, we provide hands-on training in resume development, interview preparation, professional communication, and job retention strategies. Beyond employment, we focus on the often-overlooked essentials of successful reintegration—offering life skills programming that includes financial literacy, budgeting, credit repair, time management, and personal accountability.
We meet individuals where they are, recognizing both the barriers they face and the potential they carry. By combining real-world job preparation with foundational life skills, we empower our participants not just to secure employment, but to sustain it, grow within it, and build generational stability.
Our goal is not simply reentry—it is transformation, opportunity, and long-term success.
