As someone who is relatively new to North Augusta, I saw the Leadership North Augusta Co-Lab program as an opportunity to better understand the community, meet local leaders, and learn how I can contribute in a meaningful way. After AO Multispecialty Clinic expanded into North Augusta, it became important to me to not just work in the community but to become part of it. Co-Lab has been a great way to build relationships and gain a deeper appreciation for the people and organizations that make North Augusta special.
I'm passionate about creating opportunities that bring people together and make North Augusta a place where residents genuinely want to spend their time. As the community grows, I think it's important to continue attracting new residents, businesses, and visitors who can help support the infrastructure and long-term success of the city.
I'm especially excited about the development of events, venues, entertainment, and community experiences that create energy and connection. North Augusta is already doing an excellent job investing in strategic growth, and I would love to see us continue building an environment where there is always something happening - where the only reason someone is bored is because they choose to be. A vibrant community benefits everyone, from families and local businesses to future generations who will call North Augusta home.
I was born and raised in Australia and lived there until I was 19 years old. Golf brought me to the United States after I was recruited to play at Central Alabama Community College, and I later transferred to Georgia College & State University.
What started as a golf opportunity ultimately led to the career and life I have today. As a lifelong golfer, it's hard to imagine a better place to call home than right next to one of the most iconic sporting events in the world - the Masters Tournament.
