This morning was such an incredible morning. We were so excited to introduce the new K-9 officers to the Community. We have worked on this project for over a year and are so proud of North Augusta Public Safety. Welcome to North Augusta Raven and River and thank you for your dedication to making this city safer.

Two new officers are joining North Augusta Public Safety—and they’re ready to serve.

We invite you to be part of this special K-9 Officer Commissioning & Community Introduction as we welcome these incredible teams and recognize the dedication behind their training and service.

In honor of their role, we are also working to provide each K-9 officer with a custom badge—those interested in supporting this effort will have the opportunity to do so.

The Mayor and City Council recognized our Public Safety Telecommunicators for National Public Safety Telecommunicators week which is April 12th-16th. These hard working ladies are the first people you come into contact with when you call Public Safety. They are the ones responsible for getting you the resources you need, and keeping the chaos organized. These ladies do everything from answer simple questions to instruct how to perform CPR over the phone. Their willingness to listen to people's worst day, every day, is extremely commendable and we appreciate everything about them. Please join us in telling these nine wonderful ladies THANK YOU for their dedication and relentless spirit!

Congratulations PSO Lark!
