JAF is honored to once again be selected as a member of the Bank of America Boston Marathon® Official Charity Program!

Earlier this week, our Events Director, Gillian O’Brien, attended the official kickoff event, hosted by Bank of America and the Boston Athletic Association at the Bank of America building in Boston. It was inspiring to hear from Michael Chamberlain, President of Bank of America Massachusetts; B.A.A. President and CEO Jack Fleming; and B.A.A. Director of Development Nicole Juri.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this iconic event and even more excited for what’s ahead for Team JAF! 💙💛

As Childhood Cancer Awareness Month comes to a close, we're reminded that childhood cancer is not one disease, one diagnosis, or one journey.

With more than 13 major types of pediatric cancer and over 200 subtypes, every child's experience is unique. Behind each diagnosis is a child, a family, and a story of courage.

Throughout this month, we've shared statistics, stories, and voices from the families we serve to help raise awareness of the realities of childhood cancer. Thank you to our donors, supporters, and community for helping JAF provide help, hope, and a reason to smile during some of life's most difficult moments.

Together, we can continue making a difference for children and families facing cancer.
