Holiday Hope for Heros

Holiday Hope for Heros Supporting our troops! On November 20, 2011 there will be a fundraiser at the VFW in North Attleboro, Ma. the list could go on and on.

from 12:00 pm-6:00 pm This fundraiser is to help our troops in Afghanistan. There are everyday essentials that you and I take for granted like soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, razors, ETC. We are asking for any, and all support we can get. Our goal is to raise enough items to help 100 soldiers. We are hoping that local businesses could donate any items, gift cards, monetary it

em, and anything on that idea, to help us achieve that. There will be raffles to help at the fundraiser, where all the proceeds will go to buying supplies, and shipping them to Afghanistan. We acknowledge that this is a busy time of year, but we are trying to do something selfless for the men and woman of our country fighting for our freedom. They will be spending this holiday season without the love of their family and friends, please help us deliver love and holiday cheer. We plan to have these items in their arms by December 25, 2011. Here is a basic list of items we are looking for (remember we are send to men and women):

Toothpaste
Toothbrushes
Soap
Floss
Baby wipes
Wet naps
Deodorant
Q-Tips
Eye drops
Female products
Hair elastics
First aide items
Chapstick
Tissues
Notepads
Pens/Pencils
Non- Perishable food (snacks,beef jerkey, nuts, trail mix, gum, etc)
Razors
Shaving cream
Socks (again for men and woman ALL sizes)
Sunscreen
Money (to help with shipping costs)

There is talk about starting to plan another event for our troops. We tried last year but we lacked the support we had in the previous year. Who is with us to bring our community together again to help support the men and women fighting for our freedom? Without all of you another event will not succeed. Who's in?!

Hey everyone. . . haven't posted in here for a while. . . .i know HH4H is to support out military, but i also know we are all kind and generous people. Kelly is an AMAZING team captain for a Relay for Life team called Bandit Busters. The Relay for Life benefits the American cancer society. We have some really fun and exciting things planned to raise money. I wanted to spread the word. . . hopefully some of you are interested in giving back in different ways. . we have a car wash, a pampered chef party, working on a 31 Gifts and last but not least ALEX AND ANI. . . .all party proceeds going directly into this MAJOR event. please contact us if you are interested in joining the team, placing an order, washing cars. . anything to help. :0) ITS A PROVEN FACT WHEN YOU DO GOOD FOR OTHERS IT LIFTS YOUR SPIRITS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY -- - IT MAKES OTHERS WANT TO DO GOOD TOO!!!!

Well it's official-- we are canceling HH4H 2012-- we are very sad to have to do this, but Unfortunelty without the support and help we received last year. We are unable to pull it off. Hopefully next year we can try again. Thanks to all that were ready and able to help!!
