We are just about a month away from our Mental Health/Yoga retreat on Saturday, July 11th.

Here is a look at Melissa St. Pierre, who will host the Yoga portion.

Melissa St. Pierre, PhD, CYT-200
Melissa has worked in higher education for over 2 decades, counseling 1,000s of students with personal, career, and academic challenges. She holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology, a master’s degree in clinical & counseling psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation psychology. Melissa is back in school at USM to get a few remaining classes to obtain her Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor credential in Maine.
“I discovered the transformative power of yoga as part of my own healing journey. For years, I sought answers in textbooks, but it wasn't until I received my 200-hour yoga teacher certification that I fully integrated the mind & body, nurturing my soul.”
“I believe deeply that everyone holds an inner wisdom to guide their own path and that yoga and meditation can help illuminate the way. I have a strong interest in mental health, wellbeing, addiction studies, and cultivating happiness.”

Mellisa and Northern Star Lodge No. 28 are proud to come together to present what will be a unique, spiritual, and peaceful gathering of yoga and community.
