We celebrated Donna Motsinger’s good news today with some performance art (prior to her punitive damage of $40 Million totaling $59.25 Million). We gave Bill Cosby an earful outside of his Pennsylvania home enroute to a busy intersection where his neighbors honked in support of the all Survivors seeking accountability.

A California jury has found entertainer Bill Cosby liable for drugging and sexually assaulting Donna Motsinger in 1972 and awarded her a total of $59.25 million in damages, $40 millon of which is punitive, said Motsinger’s attorney Jesse Creed.

AMAZING UPDATE! Donna Motsinger has been awarded $40 Million in punitive damages in addition to the $19.25 Million totaling $59.25 Million! This court ruling is precedent making for so many Survivors, especially those who have been silenced by the statute of limitations on r**e and sexual assault.

VICTORY FOR SURVIVORS IN COURT TODAY! Donna Motsinger has just been awarded 19.25 million dollars against Bill Cosby for his heinous crimes against her. But that’s not all! He will also owe her punitive damages which will be determined after lunch, 4:30pm EST.
We are so grateful for everyone who believed the Women and for the Bill Cosby Survivors who helped change the laws for Donna to have her day in court. We are not done yet!

Jury deliberations will continue on Monday. Send all your empowering energy to Donna Motsinger and as many metaphysical daggers you can muster towards Bill Cosby’s defense team. His deposition should seal his fate, but if his own words don’t make him guilty, we hope that believing the Women does.

Closing arguments began today. We are so incredibly proud of Donna Motsinger for her courage holding Bill Cosby accountable. May justice be swift and costly for the monster who preyed upon her and so many others.

Cosby’s attorney, Jennifer Bonjean, is going to need a decompression chamber after Victoria Valentino finishes testifying today (after starting last Friday). Word on the street is Victoria was the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) on the stand, and was so poised and articulate and could not be rattled despite Bonjean’s desperate attempts to discredit her. We wish we could have been there in person to witness the shame handed back where it belongs.
