You can still join NAMI Family-to-Family!

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session education program for family members, friends, and significant others of adults living with mental health conditions. The program provides valuable information on anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions.

Topics also include communication, problem-solving, treatment, and recovery — helping families better support their loved ones while caring for themselves.
