We are very proud of what our Crisis Intervention Department has accomplished in the last 4 years including adding dedicated 988 Counselors, an on-site 988 Call Center, taking on primary coverage of Delaware County in addition to Montco and now becoming Philadelphia County's backup, and serving almost 16000 callers a year. Crisis rocks!
