Change is inevitable, but that's the only way to grow. LYFdogs is permanently closed. It's been a great 20 years serving our rural community, friends and family. I've made some amazing friends out there because of rescue. I love each of you. Thank you for making our time there great. While this season is very bittersweet, it's time for healing and rest as rescue takes everything you've got daily. My heart absolutely breaks for all of the ones I can't save, but I also can't pour from an empty cup as I have been. Maybe someday fostering will be a possibility or maybe I'm done until Alaska. For now, I can still microchip and scan for microchips.
