We're watching a cluster of severe storms over north-central , which have potential to move into NE OK by late this afternoon. Large hail and damaging wind are the main threats, mainly after 7 PM.

Shower and storm chances will decrease from southwest to northeast through the day today with low chances by tonight. A few storms may become strong and slow moving precipitation could lead to localized flooding.

Rain showers along with scattered thunderstorm chances expand across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas today and tonight with the greater potential during the afternoon and evening hours. A heavy rain threat which could lead to localized flooding concerns is the main threat, though an isolated severe potential exists for strong winds. Additional showers and storms will continue Thursday.
