Introducing our Panelists ✨

Allen Ervin is a former NFL athlete and Sports Performance Coach whose journey through life has ultimately led him to a deeper mission: advocating for mental health, identity, and emotional well-being.
After experiencing firsthand the pressures, expectations, and silent struggles that often accompany high-performance athletes, Allen began asking a bigger question—who are we when the uniform comes off?
That question now drives his work as a sports performance coach, public speaker and mental health advocate. Drawing from his lived experience in life and professional sports, Allen speaks candidly about resilience, vulnerability, and the importance of creating space for honest conversations around mental health.
His approach is a mixture of personal storytelling alongside practical insight, helping audiences understand that dealing with mental health is not a weakness, but a foundation for sustainable performance and purpose.
Today, Allen works with athletes, coaches, leaders, and communities to normalize mental health dialogue to empower individuals with the tools to navigate pressure, transition, and self-identity with clarity and strength.
