Litter in Norfolk, VA, is a significant environmental issue, with high volumes of trash, particularly plastics, polluting waterways and streets. Eta Chapter, Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc., a chapter located in Norfolk set out today to Keep Norfolk Beautiful. We collected 6 bags of rubbish and cigarette butts.
