A dedicated architect and advocate for our community, Tripp Armstrong brings energy, heart, and a commitment to making a difference. In his role as Vice President, he helps support our leadership team, encourage our members, and create opportunities for Echelon to connect, serve, and grow.

From giving back to the community to building meaningful relationships, Tripp is helping make this year one to remember!

Echelon Hampton Roads is proud to be one of the supporters of The Write Stuff, a back-to-school initiative to collect and distribute backpacks filled with school supplies to local students. Thank you to all of those who donated and special thanks to Club Pilates Norfolk for being a drop-off location! We hope to continue to make a difference in our community, one backpack at a time 🎒

Ashleigh leads with passion, purpose, and a heart for serving our community. Her dedication to The Salvation Army’s mission “Do the most good,” inspires our members to give back, grow as leaders, and make a lasting impact throughout Hampton Roads.

Fun Fact: She’s visited 4 out of the 7 continents!

Echelon Hampton Roads is proud to kick-off The Write Stuff, our back-to-school school supply drive to help local students start the year prepared and confident.

You can drop off new school supply donations at either of our collection locations:
📍 Whiting-Turner Office – Chesapeake
📍 Club Pilates – Norfolk

Every notebook, pencil, backpack, and pack of crayons makes a difference!

🗓️ Donation deadline: July 31
