Lindenwood/Cottage Heights/Barraud Park Civic League The Lindenwood/Cottage Heights/Barraud Park Civic League is comprised of residents of 3 neighboring communities with one common goal ~ UNITY Julian Ave.

The Lindenwood/Cottage Heights/Barraud Park Civic League meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month with the exception of June & July. Meetings are held at alternating locations, Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 2401 Ludlow St. and New Union Chapel, 1200 St. both at 7PM. Any resident, business owner or church/school organization may join the Civic League by paying their $10 dues at any monthly meeting.

We appreciate Norfolk Parks and Recreation Director Ms. Lakita Frazier for attending and providing updates, as well as Ms. Sy for her candidacy for Ward 3 to represent us. We also thank our own Alfreda Thomas, school board member, for taking the time to stop by and share her insights.
