We had a highly productive Civic League meeting as we concluded our summer session. We appreciate Norfolk Parks and Recreation Director Ms. Lakita Frazier for attending and providing updates, as well as Ms. Sy for her candidacy for Ward 3 to represent us. We also thank our own Alfreda Thomas, school board member, for taking the time to stop by and share her insights.
