Today is the BIG day... our Women United Fall Luncheon! And we're wrapping up our 20th Anniversary Class of 10 for 10 highlights with Nancy Green & Susan Hauser!

Nancy is President & CEO of the Hampton Roads Executive Roundtable. She has been involved with many organizations in the area, including founding/co-founding several companies, and holding several leadership roles and board positions in the community.

Susan is a dedicated community advocate and supporter of Women United, committed to helping create stronger opportunities so that all women and families have the chance to thrive.

Joy is the Marketing Coordinator at Virginia Plastic Surgery. As a first-generation college graduate, Joy knows the importance of giving back and opening doors for others in her community - especially through volunteering and supporting causes that create real impact.

Audrey has been involved with Women United and our organization for over 20 years.

In honor of our Women United Fall Luncheon being a WEEK away, we're proud to highlight two members from this year's special 20th Anniversary 10 for 10 Class, Stephanie Cuffee & Katie Denton! 👋

Stephanie is highly involved in the South Hampton Roads community, with a background in donor management, relationship building, and volunteerism. She is incredibly active in numerous civic and professional organizations.

Katie founded Bees Nees, a Virginia Beach-based preservation company with the mission to advocate for older homes and help ensure their stories continue.

It's women like these two that have such strong passions that make our Women United donor network so powerful 💛

Only a few days left until our Women United Fall Luncheon and we're recognizing Kathy Shelton & Diane Thompson, two members of our special Women United 20th Anniversary 10 for 10 Class 💚

Kathy joined Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia in 2022 after a long career in economic development. She has served on several boards across South Hampton Roads, and has been awarded Top 40 Under 40 and Women in Business awards from Inside Business.

Diane is a firm shareholder and leader - nationally recognized for her legal practice. In addition to her legal practice, she has also taught advanced estate planning and federal taxation of estates, gifts, and trusts at William & Mary Law School for several years.

We're incredibly grateful to Sentara Health for their ongoing partnership! ⭐

This past Friday, we were honored to attend their 23rd Annual Nerd Golf Tournament. Like other companies in the area, Sentara runs a workplace campaign, and they exceeded their fundraising goal of $250,000, raising a total of over $300,000!

The day was full of fun, gratitude, and celebrations - shining a light on all the good that Sentara does for the community. We couldn't do what we do without their support! THANK YOU! 👏

Today, we're recognizing Dr. Amber Price and Debbie Russell, two ladies who have chosen to be a part of our special Women United 20th Anniversary Class of 10 for 10 👏

Dr. Amber Price is Senior Vice President and Enterprise Chief Nursing Officer at Sentara Health. She brings valuable experience as a healthcare leader, accomplished speaker and author, and an innovator.

Debbie has more than 30 years of executive leadership, management, and operational experience in banking, consulting, education, and employee benefits - and currently serves as the President of Towne Benefits.

Today, we're excited to recognize Virginia Hitch & Tricia Hudson: two members of this year's 20th Anniversary 10 for 10 Class!

Virginia is incredibly involved across the community: serving on several boards and offering a background in Education and Development.

Tricia is President and Owner of Strategic Solutions by Tricia, LLC, where she provides fundraising council to nonprofit organizations. She's also affiliated with several colleges and nonprofits throughout the community.
