What an unforgettable week at the 55th Annual ABMA Symposium in Portsmouth, VA! From Monday's opening ceremonies to the grand finale dinner, the energy across the entire AB community was unmatched.The days were packed with high impact professional development sessions, direct breakout meetings with fleet detailers, and collaborative workshops. It was incredible to watch junior Sailors, technical experts, and leadership put their heads together to directly improve the readiness and safety of our flight decks. Beyond the meetings, events like the ABMA Women’s Gathering and the nightly socials fostered an immense sense of kinship across generations. We are completely recharged by the strength of the AB family. We are leaving this year's symposium ready to take these ideas back to the fleet and keep driving the future of Naval Aviation! ⚓️

What an absolute masterclass in camaraderie at this year's ABMA Banquet! The night wrapped up an incredible week of flight deck innovation, but the banquet itself was pure high energy fun, packed with laughter, old sea stories, and that unmatched AB fellowship.It was deeply heartwarming to see the tight knit bond shared across generations of Sailors from the hungry junior ABs driving the future of the fleet to the veterans who paved the way. Standing in the presence of our Living Legends was a truly humbling experience that reminded everyone in the room of the weight and heritage of our rate. A massive congratulations to all of the awardees and standout Sailors recognized for their exceptional leadership, grit, and dedication to keeping the flight deck moving safely and efficiently.We honor the past, improve the present, and shape the future of Naval Aviation!
