Congratulations to Janet Kriner, this year’s Arts Supporter of the Year. We had a wonderful evening celebrating Janet and wishing her a Happy 90th Birthday.

This week we celebrate Janet Kriner as our Arts Supporter of the Year. We also celebrate her 90th birthday! Janet is a former principal cello of the Virginia Symphony. She has been a champion of local arts organizations since moving to the area to be a member of the Feldman Quartet. She has served on the board of the Feldman Chamber Music Society, Scherzo Music Club, and Bay Youth Orchestras. We all know her to be a dedicated teacher and mentor. She has been a member of the AFM for 68 years and continues to join us at General Membership meetings. Congratulations, Janet!
