We ask that all items be brand new for our program participants. Donations can also be dropped off to our Donation Department from Monday-Thursday from 10a-3p. Please do not leave donations of your items outside of our building.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITY!!

Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) have opened their waitlist for select Project-based voucher and LIHTC properties. Income qualifications and eligibility requirements for each community can be viewed on their website. Applications must be submitted online at housing.nrha.us

APPLICATIONS ARE ONLY OPEN UNTIL 4PM ON MONDAY, AUGUST 3RD.

The Legal Aid of Eastern Virginia is not affiliated with NRHA. We are sharing this information as a courtesy to our community. We are a nonprofit law firm providing FREE legal services to low-income Virginians in matters such as housing, family law, collections and more. We have represented many residents of NRHA for issues related to evictions and poor maintenance.
