On April 18th, Ready Region Southeastern proudly hosted our Third Annual Mixed Delivery Leadership Conference!

This year’s theme, Mixed Delivery in the Year of the Fire Horse, aligned with the Mixed Delivery program’s role as an incubation innovator. This event was made possible through our valuable partnership with Early Education Business Consultants, LLC (EEBC).

During the conference, Mixed Delivery providers engaged in in-depth discussions about the current landscape of the early childhood industry in our region, effective budget management, and innovative marketing strategies. The conference provided an excellent platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration, aimed at enhancing the success and sustainability of early education programs.
