A Staff & Participant Halloween Celebration will be on Thursday, October 29 at 2:00pm until 3:30pm at ECI. Join us for games, snacks, and a costume contest on Thursday, October 29, 2:00pm – 3:30pm. Costumes are not required but encouraged. Costumes can be funny or spooky, but should not be excessively scary, noisy, obscene, or revealing. There is no cost to attend. The Paratransit Advisory Committee will meet on Wednesday, October 14 at 1:00pm until at TDCHR Norfolk office. The Paratransit Advisory Committee provides a communication link for the Transportation District Commission (TDCHR), persons with disabilities who use or may use Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) services, and service providers to the disabled community on matters related to Paratransit service within HRT’s service area. All meetings are open to the public.
