My Help My Hope Foundation MyHelpMyHope is committed to ending racism and empowering women. We also help those that are experiencing homelessness, and seek to empower our youth.

We are a trusted resource in Hampton Roads offering resources and services to those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and the formally incarcerated. We exist to provide social awareness, education, and resources to help turn victims to survivors as they transition back into a empowering life that will result in them having a sense of self worth again. We work with other organizations and the community, to help the underserved populations throughout Hampton Roads.

Domestic Violence happens everyday and someone is diagnosed with Breast Cancer everyday, but October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I am a survivor and I support other survivors of domestic violence and every woman fighting breast cancer, because I know all too well that courage is stronger than fear, and hope is stronger than pain.
