SAVE THE DATES! Operation: Feed is growing and this season we're doing something new! We won't just host a meal... we're showing our neighbors how to grow one! Introducing... Operation Feed: Grow Your Own Thanksgiving!

Starting October 18th, we're handing out 5 gallon grow bags that we have pre-planted with collards and kale (and a lot of LOVE) so our neighbors and community can grow their own greens for their Thanksgiving table. Every bag given is part fundraiser, part community resource: those who can give, give $15 — and those who need a little help, get a bag free! Your donation of $15 supplies a grow bag and a turkey for a neighbor that needs it!

TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

Your donation plants a second bag for a neighbor who needs it. Need a bag? It's yours, free. Grow fresh greens for the fam at no cost — no questions asked!

🍗 EAT AT THE GARDEN!!
Join us for a free delicious hot meal, fresh groceries, turkey giveaways and more!

HOW IT WORKS:

🌱 GRAB. Pick up a collard-or-kale grow bag from us starting October 18TH.
🌱 GROW. Care for your greens from now until the day before Thanksgiving. Your choice: take it home and grow it yourself, or let our garden homies tend it for you with your name on it!
🌱 GRUB. Meet us the day before Thanksgiving (November 25th) at the garden to grab a hot meal, a bundle of groceries, a free turkey or ham, hands-on harvesting workshops, giveaways and more!

GOT questions? We got you! Every bag comes with a grow tag with full care instructions plus a phone number to call anytime your kale or collards need help PLUS we will be posting weekly care instruction videos to help you care for your greens. Tag us with your progress pics and videos so the whole village can see!

The selections are in. 🎓💙 This fall, our amazing Scholarship Review Committee made their decisions — and we couldn't be more proud!! This scholarship year, we awarded scholarships to twelve real people, with real dreams, who now have a real path forward. It’s a Different World!

Thank you to our incredible committee for the care, expertise, and heart you poured into every single application.

This scholarship was built for those ready to transform their lives through gainful employment — whether you're making a career pivot after unforeseen circumstances, looking to enter the workforce in a high-demand trade, or trying to better provide for your growing family. Everything about Lot C was purposeful and intentional. And to do this we needed to tag in our new friends .

This lot was all about access.
Access to Education.
Access to Tech.
Access to Art.
Access to Self-Care.

Lot C is where championed the truth that ACCESS is a right, not a privilege.

Ain’t no fun if the homies can’t have none. ❤️

We asked our Homies one question: “What does community mean to you?” Every answer was different. Every answer was right.

“Revive” isn’t just our name — it’s a verb. It’s the work. Every seed planted. Every meal prepared. Every resource given is us breathing fresh life back into our communities. And in Lot B (the Garden Lot), we lived it: hands in the soil, planting what our community will harvest for years to come. We broke ground on the Revive Community Garden workshops. We didn’t just talk about reviving community. We put our hands in the soil and did it.

🌱 Our Homies told us what community means to them. Our answer? It starts with love. ❤️

Welcome to Lot C 🎨🩺🕺🏽 — at SH26, LOT C is where dignity, wellness, and creativity were the main resources. Lot C was a space where the homies could access grooming services, hot showers, and preventive health and wellness services including blood pressure checks, dental exams, mental health screenings, and even CPR training!

But even more exciting, LOT C is where we launched our new collab with the homies at ! Colley Community Center, brought family skill-building and interactive experiences to the lot — from youth and family programming, mentorship, and career pathway resources to hands-on fun like cookie painting, affirmation bracelet making, a community-curated playlist, and our Wall of Love, where neighbors shared what love means to them. Partners like Teen Care Network, Norfolk Public Library, the Y on Granby, Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast, and more showed up with resources for every generation.
