At Moms Group, we have 6 weeks of meet ups where we talk about everything related to babies and moms.

No one minds if a baby cries, and you can feed or change your baby while connecting with other moms!

Moms Group is a 6-week group for moms & babies 0-6 months, and is the perfect way to find your mom community.

You will love having a plan to get out of the house with your baby every week, and having a place where you can talk with other moms, ask questions, or just enjoy listening and being with people.

We also start a group text in the first week so you can chat outside of group & plan stroller walks and other meet ups!

Moms Group in Braintree starts on June 17th, and is limited to 10 moms.

Mom & baby yoga is a 4-class series for moms and babies 0-15 months.

Each week is a fun & gentle yoga class in a casual environment where everyone will be meeting the needs of their babies (and themselves!) throughout the class.

Yesterday we had 2 Newlymom Stroller Walks, one on the bike path in Mansfield and one at Pond Meadow Park in Braintree!

May Mom & Baby yoga series!

Mom & Baby Yoga is a 4-week series for moms & babies 0-15 months. Babies can snooze through class or join the fun. In this class you can breathe and move while connecting with your baby!

These are gentle yoga classes in a laid-back environment where everyone meets the needs of their babies and themselves.

Mom & Baby Yoga starts on May 7th, and is limited to 9 moms.

Many of you know that I hosted Moms Groups in Mansfield for a long time, and the building changed owners at the end of last year. I am very excited to tell you that we have a new space for Moms Groups nearby in Norton, MA at Epione Health & Wellness!

Moms Group is a 6-week group for moms of babies 0-6 months. Each week we meet in a baby-friendly space to talk, connect, laugh, vent, and support each other.
