Good evening brethren,

I hope you are well and this post can provide some insight into what we have planned for the month of July.

*July Stated Meeting and Directives*
Per the Grand Master's most recent edict, we will be meeting for our July Stated Meeting on Tuesday, July 7th from 7:30-8:30 p.m. upstairs in the main lodge room. Please let me know of your plans to attend so we can prepare. The following are directives that will be followed before and during that meeting.

-Upon arrival to the building, brethren are to wash their hands with soap and water.
-The meeting will be opened and closed in the Entered Apprentice Degree
-Brethren are to wear masks when entering the lodge building. Once the meeting starts and social distancing of at least 6 feet is observed, masks may be removed.
-Avoid shaking hands.
-Social distancing will be maintained before, during, and after each meeting.
-There will be no refreshments following the meeting.

The full edict from Most Worshipful Grand Master Ron Stites can be found here and can be referenced for more information:https://glne.org/documents/2020.0615.GMEdict4.pdf
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

*Monthly Fellowship - Lynn Langenberg Memorial Race*
As of right now, we are planning to resume our monthly fellowship activities. We will be attending the Lynn Langenberg Memorial Race at the Offroad Speedway. If you plan to attend, we will be meeting in front of the grandstand on July 18th at 6:00 p.m. The grandstand will open at 5:00, hot laps are at 6:15, and the racing will start at 7:00.

Looking ahead, our next fellowship will be bowling at Kings Lanes on August 26th at 6:30 p.m.

*Masonic Center Yard Sale*
This Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the Masonic Center will be holding a yard sale that will be open to the public. We will be selling various things that are stored in the basement as well as some furniture found throughout the lodge. We are going to see how the yard sale does and try to rent out table space for others to sell from as well. This will be used as a fundraiser and if all goes well, will also take place on July 11th and 25th. There will be more information forthcoming.

Sincerely & Fraternally,
WM Ryan Ginn

Good Evening,

Brethren, I hope this email finds you well and you are all staying healthy and strong during these times of uncertainty. Due to our current events, our regular lodge meeting that was scheduled for this coming Tuesday has been cancelled. We will also postpone our "Movie Night at the Lodge" for a later date to be determined.

If there is anything I or another brother can do for you at this time, please don't hesitate to let me know. That help extends from being someone to talk with to going out and getting groceries or helping with other things you may need at this time.

S&F

Ryan Ginn
