Have you ever walked down a hallway, reached a door, looked up, and seen your own name staring back at you? That was my reality this past Friday, and I’m still smiling about it. I still feel bubbly on the inside, deeply humbled, and incredibly chosen.
This wasn’t my first time sharing my testimony. I’ve been using my voice since 2016, but even after all these years, every opportunity feels different. This one was no exception. As I stood before the audience, they rose to their feet with such warmth and encouragement that it felt as though they already knew my heart, my journey, and the message I was about to deliver.
No two speaking engagements are ever the same because no two audiences are the same. I believe God places different words on my heart for different rooms, always with the hope that someone hears exactly what they need in that moment.
The experiences I survived were life-altering, but they transformed me into the woman I am today. Today, I am no longer defined by trauma, hurt, disappointment, resentment, or loss. Today, I am healing. I am loving. I am growing. I am glowing. And I am living proof that survival can become purpose.
To the incredible women who created this opportunity for me, thank you for trusting me with your stage and audience. I’m forever grateful for your kindness and support, and I look forward to collaborating again.
And to anyone reading this who is still fighting their way through the darkness: your story isn’t over. Keep going. Your healing matters, your voice matters, and your life has purpose. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
