Because of supporters like you, Make It Home is already making a real impact across DDM homes!

A much-needed new living room set has been purchased for our Snapfinger Home (pictures coming soon!), our Chatham Home guys finally have new seating they’ve truly needed, and the Bill Neal Home has received a complete home makeover.

But what makes this even more meaningful is that our residents are not just receiving these updates, they are helping choose them. From colors and décor to furniture and personalization, residents are actively shaping spaces that feel like home. That’s what person-centered support looks like, and it’s deeply rooted in DDM’s Core Values.

There is still so much more to do, and we need YOU to help keep this momentum going.
