GREAT NEWS!!

Our amazing mulch supplier has agreed to let us extend the due date for orders to March 17!! We are so close to filling a second truck, hoping There's a few more of you out there who still need some great mulch for your spring yard spruce up 😊 even despite this crazy snow on the ground!! ❄️

So please spread the word, we can take orders until the morning of March 17! Thank you so much for the absolutey amazing turnout so far!

Our outdoor concessions are getting a Spring Cleaning and equipment is being tested… Happy to say the popcorn machine is good to go! 🍿

We need volunteers to man our stadium and baseball/softball/turf concessions!

PLEASE consider signing up for a few shifts! The time slots are organized by date and concession location, not sport, so please just find a date that works for you and show up! It's fun and you earn $25 for the Brentsville team or club of your choice!

I know we still have snow & ice on the ground but it's time to think SPRING!!! ;-)

Our annual Mulch Sale is LIVE!! Please support this very important fundraiser that helps us fund our concessions (all food items, equipment and supplies are provided by the Boosters), offer our end-of-year scholarship, give funds directly to teams for equipment, uniforms, travel etc. and helps the athletic department as a whole with needs.

Orders are due no later than March 9, 2026! Please mail or drop off your order to the front office ATTN: BDHS Athletic Boosters.

We are only able to do what we do because of our amazing volunteers, our awesome sponsors and businesses like Reddick & Sons, who are constantly giving back to their community! Today we received a much needed new refrigerator for our football concessions after our old one died. Thank you Danny and everyone at Reddick & Sons for supporting the BDHS Athletic Boosters with this amazing gift for a second time this year!!

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but concessions will be CLOSED this afternoon during the track meet. Please plan accordingly for snacks etc.

We are in need of a new freezer/fridge and are hoping someone in our community might have one they'd like to donate :-) Our last one was donated, it served us well, but we have had someone out to fix it twice and it has decided to go to the refrigerator graveyard once and for all and it took our stock of frozen meat with it.

Please spread the word...on the lookout for one that needs a new home! We can even arrange pick up!
