Leaders Circle Toastmasters Leaders Circle chartered June 30, 2020, meets online the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month 7:00p. Our Strategy is to use a phased approach.

We are a multi-district incubator for effective leaders to step into formal & informal leadership roles and actively contribute in their communities. Our vision is to be a Toastmasters multi-district incubator for effective leaders to step into formal and informal leadership roles and actively contribute to the betterment of Toastmasters, communities, schools, civic, volunteer, and religious organ

izations, professional organizations and workplaces. We strive to meet the need for leadership in all walks of life. We infuse multiple leadership growth opportunities into the Toastmasters Program framework. Phase I - New leadership feedback roles in every meeting (DONE!)
Phase II - Level 5 Leadership Book Reviews (in progress)
Phase III - Formal Quarterly Club Improvement (in progress)
Phase IV - Guest Speakers (in planning)
Phase V - Leadership Coaching and Mentoring (in planning)

This club has professional and/or educational prerequisites for membership. Please contact the club for further information. Online Attendance is allowed

Meet Our Members!

Linda Kennedy, DTM, PDD66

Vice President Membership/Immediate Past President
Linda Kennedy, DTM, joined Toastmasters in 2007 in Belgium as a member of Berlaymont Toastmasters, a French/English club and Claddagh Toastmasters, an Irish/English club. She is a member of several clubs in D66 and one in D29. Linda credits Toastmasters for building her confidence, communication, and leadership skills to serve as a leader in our organization. She stays in Toastmasters to help others find their voice and discover their potential. Linda is a retired IT professional, having worked for a law firm for 40 years. She is an avid biker, loves working on various DIY projects and maintains a flower and vegetable garden.

Meet our Club President -- Maryanne Devine

Maryanne has been a Toastmaster since 2015. She is currently an active member of 3 Toastmaster clubs and the President of Leaders Circle. Maryanne has extensive experience working for the US Navy in shipping and safety and is a retired Navy Commander. She is also a world traveler who has visited over 30 countries. She thrives doing work that allows her to expand her horizons and make a positive impact in the lives of others and the surrounding environment. Toastmasters has enhanced her ability to meet people from all walks of life, work with different cultures, and brainstorm ideas that result in better speakers.

Dana Richard, DTM, PID
Vice President Public Relations
DTM Dana Richard has been a Toastmaster since June 2013 and has achieved Distinguished Toastmaster in both Pathways and its predecessor program. Dana was the International Director from Region 7 on the Toastmasters International Board of Directors for 2023-2025. He is also a Past District Director of Toastmasters International District 29 and had the rare distinction of achieving Distinguished status during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is a retired US Air Force Colonel and is also retired from Federal Civil Service. He graduated from the USAF Academy in 1982 and is a graduate of the National Intelligence University.
