Wheels & Grills BBQ Cook-off enjoyed 10 years of fun-filled BBQing, hanging out with old friends, and making new ones. Although this event may have ended, we have some exciting news to share!

The Smoke and Grill Challenge is a two day, cook- off located in Nocona, Tx! This is for pitmasters, backyard grillers, and BBQ lovers who live for the smoke, spice, and sizzle. Low & slow, or hot & fast — all are welcome at the pit!

Thank you to everyone that purchased raffle tickets for the 10th Annual Wheels & Grills BBQ cookoff custom firepit. We raised over $1600, which all goes to our local animal shelter, Nocona Lucky Paws Animal Shelter.

A big thanks to The City of Nocona for supporting our annual event Wheels & Grills Cook-Off. They provide dumpsters and allow us access to the streets. We appreciate their willingness to help every year!

The 10th Annual Wheels & Grills BBQ cookoff & Gas Junkies Car/motorcycle event is in the books!

Thanks to the 29 teams, five of which were first timers, who showed up and braved the heat, the car and bike enthusiasts who proudly showed off their wheels and all the guests who came out and supported the event.

A special thank you to all our volunteers! Please know you are truly appreciated, and we could not have put on a great event without y’all!

We will post official results, including points, this week along with photos of the winners.

This custom 10th Annual Wheels & Grills BBQ cookoff firepit would look really good on your patio, deck, poolside, etc. (donated by Carters Creative Concepts LLC).

Tickets are only $5 each and available at Peba Oil and Gas (313 Clay Street) or during the cookoff. The winner will be announced during the awards ceremony, and you need not be present to win.

Proceeds will benefit Nocona Lucky Paws Animal Shelter.
