October was busy month for Red River High School Bass Club with 2 tournaments, the first at Possum Kingdom and the other at Hubbard Creek. There were 10 teams at PK and 9 teams at Hubbard Creek for a cold day of fishing. There were over 200 plus teams at each event. The teams come from as far away as Abilene.

We finished 10th as a team for the weekend.
The Hubbard Creek tournament, October 29th turned out to be a cold start and dreary looking day with water level of close to eight foot low. Tough lake with two of our teams not weighing a keeper. We placed 8th as a team for lake champion.
Red River is currently sitting in 9th, out 39 teams, for Team of Year with 184 points, just 12 behind first place. In Angler of the Year (AOY) we have 3 teams in the top 30 with Case/Colby, Miguel/Caden, and Shane/Richard.
