Our Mission
"Helping Those in Need"

Our mission at Third Phase is to provide food, shelter, clothing, and safety to those in need. We are a faith-based ministry welcoming all religions, receiving no federal, state, or local government funding. To continue our mission of presenting a hand-up, not just a handout, we rely solely on the charitable donations of generous citizens, businesses, churches,

and corporations.

*Third Phase operates an emergency shelter for homeless men & women. Our shelter provides safety & protection from the elements while simultaneously reducing the environmental impact on the community. We give empowerment to our residents so they can become agents in their own futures and destinies and become productive citizens.

*Third Phase is also a food pantry that served over 80,000 food insecure individuals in the year 2019. We obtain our food through private donations and our food rescue program.

*Third Phase also has a thrift store that is open to the public. Through our thrift store, the residents receive clothing at no charge. Once our residents get out on their own we help to furnish their new residence. We also serve the unemployed, underemployed, and at-risk citizens. These families and/or individuals are referred to us through a voucher system.

Noblesville Schools

In the Catholic Church Confirmation is one of the seven sacraments—a beautiful step that strengthens and deepens faith, completing the grace first received at Baptism.
We were blessed to have these amazing students serve with us as part of their Confirmation journey. They truly put their faith into action—cleaning refrigerators in our pantry, organizing purses, hanging clothing, and sweeping in our thrift store.
Violet Ly, her dad Joseph More, Ana’yani Rangel-Treto, and their mentor Claire Arruvo truly moved mountains, and we can’t thank you enough for your servant hearts!

We are so grateful for the incredible volunteers from The Chinese Group of Indianapolis the Chinese Church of Indianapolis who served with us during their 30-hour fast. Their servant hearts truly shined! ❤️
Because of their hard work, we were able to accomplish so much—sweeping, sorting new donations, loading our semi headed to South Africa, organizing the thrift store, and even tackling outdoor clean-up. What a blessing this group has been!
THANK YOU for your dedication, compassion, and willingness to serve others. It’s always a joy working alongside you, and all of us at Third Phase are already looking forward to seeing you again next year!

Meet Hannah Bauman & Halle Hunter, 9th grade students from Guerin Catholic High School! As part of Guerin’s curriculum, each student volunteers at least 30 hours each year to give back to their community.

The girls sorted & hung clothing, hauled trash, swept and all with smiles!

We love seeing young people serve with such generous hearts—thank you, Hannah & Halle, for making a difference! 💛

Our hearts are full with gratitude for Lake Meadows Assisted Living. They recently held a food drive for Third Phase and many other non-profits, and some of their own residents have been impacted by services from Third Phase. This is what a caring community looks like—people helping people with compassion and love. Thank you for making a difference! 🙏

Third Phase Christian Center we are continually reminded that God can use anyone—no matter their age—to make a powerful difference.
Recently, Thrive Preschool blessed us with a generous food drive. What began as a wonderful delivery quickly became even more incredible when a second, even larger load arrived just days later. Their generosity overflowed in a way that truly touched our hearts.
One of the most beautiful ways Jesus showed love during His ministry was by feeding the hungry. Through this simple yet meaningful act, these preschoolers and their families demonstrated that same Christ-like love in action. They didn’t just give food—they gave hope, compassion, and care to those in need right here in Hamilton County.
It’s inspiring to see such young hearts already learning the importance of serving others. Their kindness is a powerful reminder that making a difference doesn’t require greatness—just a willingness to love.
We are so grateful for this outpouring of support. Together, we are feeding not only bodies, but also spirits.

These amazing students collected a huge supply of health and beauty aids — including cases and cases of non-alcoholic mouthwash!

These everyday essentials can be very expensive, and their generosity is a true blessing to both our residents and our pantry clients. 💛

Thank you for serving your community with such kindness and leadership — you are making a real difference! 🙌
