This wasnt working, so our council agreed to stop giving sacks out due to mishandle and disposing unproperly. The Labors will be collecting before ground conditions start to freeze or pollute starting August 1. prepare your sacks, tie them before pick up.

Applications Due November 20th, 2015 for Free Job Training!!

WHAT: Zender Environmental Health and Research Group is operating the 5th year of their Job Training Program (RACEJT) for unemployed rural residents. Accepted applicants will receive 4 weeks of training to qualify them to work as Rural Environmental Technicians.

These are pictures taken by one of our residents here in Nightmute (capturing pictures of this evening's high tide). The water level is pretty high in the downtown area of our village. The water has most likely reached into the nightmute dump site as well....
