This production will feature young artists with developmental disabilities including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, visual impairment, hearing impairment, and other neurological disorders. The actors will be joined on stage by a dedicated group of “peer mentors” – children the same age without disabilities who have volunteered to work side-by-side with them at summer camp and through the final performance. Hello fellow AADC supporters,
We’ve been approached by several families and wanted to post an official statement:

All Abilities Drama Camp, INC. will not have a session for the foreseeable future. We’ve run out of resources- a venue, volunteers, and time available to plan and carry out our program.

We love you, and we are so grateful for the ten years we were able to celebrate inclusion and provide artistic outlets for each camper💚💙💚💙 Thank you for your support.

Dear AACD Friends, Family, & Supporters,

This is the time of year where we typically announce the dates & registration for our program. Due to not only the pandemic, but also big decisions regarding venue, volunteer availability, safety of campers and all players involved, we will not hold our week-long camp as we have in years past.

Our Story

Our camp is not just a “special needs” organization-- This is a fully inclusive program. ALL campers (with and without disabilities), ages 5 and up, work together for a week, to put on a musical performance. Campers get to choose what aspect of the play they would like to contribute to- scenery, acting, dance, or singing! All activities are differentiated to meet a wide range of learning styles for all campers. Interactions of respect and encouragement are modeled for all campers. Supports are provided as much as needed to include everyone- volunteers and campers alike!
